A creatively action packed day, full of games, learning and lots of laughter. In these workshops we create an enviroment to go deep and focus on one area or element of dance. This helps to really understand the art from different angles.

Private training

A range of different training programmes available from group workouts and sessions, live-in-training to one on one, gym, calisthenics, HIIT, step, dance and tai chi. 

Tai chi

Gentle slow movements in co-ordination with your breathing to achieve a medative state. This increases blood flow, flexibility and a great exersize for your bones, joints and mental health. Sessions with a master with over 50 years experience in Kung Fu, wing chun and Tai chi. Private sessions and courses will start again from September.

Make your own day

This is an opportunity for you to become the designer, the creator and the model. From designing your own apparel we will then print your design and host photoshoots for the end products.
